“Dramadžiluk” is the newest program of the International Theatre Festival MESS, designed to promote recent dramatic works from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the wider region.

This program serves as a networking platform for authors and theatre professionals, providing easier access to materials. It includes staged readings of dramatic texts.

In addition to public readings, the plan also foresees the creation of an online platform for archiving dramatic texts. The program originates from an idea launched in 2012 and was realized after 11 years. “Dramadžiluk” will also feature discussions on playwriting, with the participation of renowned playwrights and theatre practitioners. Through this program, MESS aims to affirm dramatic text as a key segment of theatrical life in Sarajevo.”
